What are the defenses and buildings you want to max out for sure before upgrading your TH?

Hi Joey,
Personally I would max out everything possible before going to the next TH.
You see so many TH10's with gold walls and low level defences - the result is that their base is weak. It will also become more difficult to farm at higher levels too, so it would take even longer to upgrade the defences.
There is no rush to upgrade to the next TH - just make sure you have a strong solid base first.
